Raikage - Naruto Ninja Council Style

This is a first for me,
That is trying out a new style

I did this for a contest in !
It was to pixel a character from Naruto with
the SND style for GBA.

Personally,I think it look's kind of retarded XD!
I had a hard time with the face,
But i also learned a lot from this style LOL.
